PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care underwear which can easily be put on or taken off without giving a burden to a care needer and a care giver. SOLUTION: This underwear 1 is formed by connecting a front section 3, a rear section 5 and both sleeves 8, 9, and the rear section 5 is divided into a right rear section 6 and a left rear section 7. Matching portions 61, 71 are formed at the mutually facing end portions of the right rear section 6 and the left rear section 7, and engaging members comprising the engaging male portion and engaging female portion of a hook-and-loop fastener are attached to the matching portions 61, 71, respectively. The fastener can be engaged or disengaged to close or open the rear section 5. |
