PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating operation function when a main engine is stopped due to an ISS control. SOLUTION: In this sub engine system air conditioner for ISS control vehicle, the main engine 3 for traveling is mounted to the ISS controlled vehicle and the sub engine 8 dedicated for an air conditioning operation is provided. This air conditioner comprises sub alternator 16b driven by the sub engine 8, and a battery 15 dedicated for the air conditioner connected so as to be capable of charging to the sub alternator 16. The battery dedicated for the air conditioner is connected to a main alternator 4, which is driven by the main engine 3 and charges a battery 6 for vehicle, so as to be capable of charging.
