PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the driving space in no need of increase in the machine body width, as the occurrence of dead space is suppressed. SOLUTION: A hydraulic stepless speed variator for alignment and running and the engine for transmitting the driving power to the stepless speed variator are loaded, the alignment handle 32 and the main speed-operating lever 24 are arranged in the front of the machine body and the longitudinal side-walls 21b are formed from the sides of the driver's seat forward. In this combine harvester, the places to be near to the spaces for the thighs, knees and shanks of the ?driver sitting on the driver's seat are arranged so that they may be set apart sideways from the longitudinal edges 19a of the floor face 19.
