PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor error minimizing method for a vehicle accident recording device permitting accurate accident measurement by minimizing the error of a sensor playing an important role in reproducing an accident in the accident recording device for recording the accident during the run of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This sensor error minimizing method for the vehicle accident recording device comprises a step of measuring data including acceleration, directional angular velocity, vehicle speed and a steering angle by sensors, a step of correcting the error of forward acceleration on the basis of the vehicle speed, a step of correcting the error of lateral acceleration on the basis of the vehicle speed and steering angle, a step of correcting the error of the directional angular velocity on the basis of the vehicle speed and steering angle, and a step of storing the corrected data. |
