PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide filtration equipment that can simultaneously separately recover chips from used cutting fluid and clean a filter means. SOLUTION: A filter 17 for filtrating the used cutting fluid is removably disposed in a communication part between a dirty tank 13 for injecting the used cutting fluid and a clean tank 15 communicating with the dirty tank 13, and a common driving means rotates and drives a conveyer means comprising a scraper 21, chains 23a, 23b and a filter cleaning device 31. The conveyer means in the dirty tank 13 recovers the chips separated from the used cutting fluid, and the filter cleaning device 31 in the clean tank 15 cleans the filter 17.
