PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform ventilation in a seat for resulting in reduction in temperature of a seat surface with which an occupant body is in contact even when the an operation of a vehicle is stopped. SOLUTION: This ventilating device for the set 2 of the vehicle 1 is provided with ventilators 3, 5 electrically operated. The vehicle 1 comprises a solar battery device 8, and when the operation of the vehicle 1 is stopped, the solar battery device 8 supplies a solar battery current for operating the ventilators 3, 5.
