PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder and a container which can facilitate the binding with a simple constitution and at a low cost. SOLUTION: The binder includes a first supporting means, a second supporting means movable in a relatively advancing/retracting manner to/from the first supporting means, a punch part provided on a surface of the first supporting means facing the second supporting means, a bite preventive part provided on an outer periphery of the punch part, a die part provided on the second supporting means acing the punch part, and a caulking part provided in the vicinity of both ends of the die part, the punch part comprises a cutting blade extending in one direction (the first direction) at the tip, a side edge extending in the second direction transverse to the first direction from both ends of the cutting blade in a diagonally advancing manner to each other, and a recessed groove provided in the vicinity of both ends in the second direction of each side edge, the die part comprises a side edge corresponding to the sectional shape of the side edge of the punch part and a notched part provided in the vicinity of both ends in the second direction of each side edge, and the caulking part comprises a projection movable toward the notched part of the die part. |
