PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to dye a place, where a dyeing object is hung with a jig. SOLUTION: In a dyeing method of the dyeing object 10 for dyeing by hanging the dyeing object 10 using aluminum worked into a pellicle frame covering the whole surface of a circuit pattern formed on a transparent substrate as a base body on the jig 11 and dipping into a dyeing solution 36, the dyeing is performed while rocking the jig 17, on which the dyeing object 10 is hung. The dyeing solution is moved and circulated around the dyeing object 10 dipped in the dyeing solution 36.
