PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyoxymethylene filament, by which the undrawn filament can be fixed at a sufficiently heated drawing point and simultaneously drawn, thus making it possible to give the filament having filament physical properties enabling the employment of the filament in industrial material uses at an industrially producible speed. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyoxymethylene filament is characterized by blowing a pressurized fluid of (Tm-50) to (Tm+50) deg.C on a filament 1 in the circumferential direction in a liquid bath 3 of (Tm-100) to (Tm-10) deg.C and simultaneously thermally drawing the filament.
