PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk storage case for taking out and storing an optical disk without damaging a central hole extremely important for the optical disk, easily holding the optical disk and extremely easily taking out and storing the optical disk. SOLUTION: An optical disk holding body 7 is provided with an optical disk holding section 5 holding the outer peripheral edge of the optical disk 2 to be inserted or released freely and stopper sections 6 preventing the slipping- off of the optical disk and provided on end sections, and the optical disk in the state of inclining as it starts from a base end 8 positioned on the inner face of the storage case main body toward the end section and stored thereon is extended into a hollow section and held by the optical disk holding body.
