PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible packaging bag formed of laminated resin films, to be easily opened by utilizing a three-side peeling type or a vertical sealing (standing pouch type) to tear off a cutting line 10 just by pulling with fingers hooked in an unsealing notch (b). SOLUTION: A cutting line 10 is formed of a V-shaped cut 1a with an open section facing an unsealing notch (b) direction and a cut 1b continued to the V-shaped cut 1a on an extension line of the unsealing notch (b) formed on a periphery of a hot sealing section 21 of the flexible packaging bag 20 with its peripheral section hot sealed. Also the cutting line 10 is formed of two V-shaped cuts 1a, 1a with opening section s facing unsealing notches (b), (b) direction and a cut 1b continued to the two V-shaped cuts 1a, 1a is formed on a line connecting two unsealing notches (b), (b) formed on the periphery hot sealing section 21.
