PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the standby time of the payout operation of prize balls in the case that the payout commands of the prize balls and lending balls are generated almost at the same time. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving a prize ball command while executing the payout operation of the lending balls, a payout control circuit does not invert a ball lending permission signal EXS to a high level (ball lending completion) even at the time of ending the payout operation of the lending balls and maintains the ball lending permission signal EXS at a low level. Thus, the output of the next ball lending request to the payout control circuit by a card unit for the lending balls after the end of the payout operation of the lending balls (the inversion to the low level of a ball lending request signal BRQ) is inhibited and the payout operation of the prize balls is started. Thereafter, at the point of time of ending the payout operation of the prize balls, the ball lending permission signal EXS is inverted to the high level (ball lending completion) and the output of the next ball lending request from the card unit to the payout control circuit is allowed. Thus, the payout operation of the lending balls and the payout operation of the prize balls are performed in order.
