PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sprinkler fire-extinguishing apparatus which has a simple construction and can be easily installed in a house having a limited installation space and which has such a high reliability that inspection is not required. SOLUTION: The fire-extinguishing apparatus includes a sprinkler head 41 connected to a feed water pipe 40, a joint part 1 which is provided on the proximal end of the pipe 40 and has a valve body 31 to shut off the pipe 40 connected to the secondary side of the body 31 from a feed water source connected to the primary side of the body 31, a heat-sensitive part 31 which is provided in the part 1 to open the body 31 when a fire breaks out, and a heating means 38 provided in the part 37.
