PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowing water detecting device in which its connectors employed in a sprinkler facility are decreased, the cost of assembly operation is reduced, and further its installation space is curtailed. SOLUTION: A valve body 10 of the flowing water detecting device has a drain communicating hole 13 draining liquid for fire-fighting and an alarm passage 15 escaping an alarm water current, a communicating hole 31 drain communicating with the drain communicating hole 13 and a drain port on the other end are placed inside a block 20, an alarm communicating hole 32 and an alarm port on the other end are placed also in another alarm water current 15, and further each switching valve to control flowing water is placed in each communicating hole. In addition, an auto drip hole of a small diameter passing to a drain communicating hole 31 is placed between a switching valve 60 placed in the alarm communicating hole 32 and the alarm port.
