WATER-IN-OIL TYPE EMULSIFIED SKIN CARE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-in-oil type emulsified skin care composition which shows excellent storage stability and contains an oil-soluble drug. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsified skin care composition is obtained by including (a) an oil-soluble drug with an IOB value of 0.1-2 and (b) a lipophilic emulsifier bearing at least two of hydrophobic groups containing a hydrocarbon chain with carbon numbers of more than 8 in the molecule.
