METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREVENTING CAMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a chamber preventing device in a rolling mill compact, and improve the quality of rolled material and production efficiency by shorten ing the distance from a rolling machine to a descaling header and HMD when reversing rolling mill is applied. SOLUTION: A camber preventing guide 9 is arranged with a ctenoid end 9b and a rear stripper guide 8b lapped together, and set up possible to move rotatably because of a preventing camber guide's rotatably moving axis 18b fixed on the same axis with a rear stripper guide's rotatably moving axis 18a. The width of a preventing camber guide 9 itself is made shorter than a rear stripper guide 8's width (or a maximum rolled plate's width). Two pieces of preventing camber guide's cylinder 21 are fixed facing each other across an oil pressure cylinder 19 attached to a rear stripper guide 8 against a camber preventing guide 9, each of an exit part of a camber preventing guide 9 and a rear stripper guide 8 is independently controlled moving rotatably.
