PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and individually carry a cutout piece, that is, particularly, a thick cutout piece in a wide range in the form of arranging a frictional carrier belt or a frictional carrier, a rotatable or nonrotatable wheel for forming a lock gate for the cutout piece together with the frictional carrier belt or the frictional carrier, a rear end carrier roller or carrier belts having a high carrying speed and a common single driving part in a device for supplying friction of a paper cutout piece or a cardboard cutout piece. SOLUTION: A common driving part drives of a toothed belt 5 of both surfaces, and the toothed belt is wound on a toothed pulley of a frictional carrier belt or a frictional carrier and a carrier roller or a carrier belt.
