Deodourisation and/or stabilisation of organic thiophosphates. By treatment with a nitrogen oxide (e.g. N2O4), or an inorganic or organic nitrite (which may be prepd. in situ). In an example O,O-dimethyl-Sn-(1,2-dicarbethoxyethyl)-dithiophosphate (1000 parts) was mixed with N2O4 (0.3 parts). After 2 weeks at 55 degrees the mixture was still "odourless".
