HEEL PAD OF SHOES AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A heel pad of shoes and a producing method thereof are provided, therefore the heel pad of shoes having improved ventilation and lighter weight can be cheaply produced. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the heel pad of shoes comprises the steps of: cutting 1.5 to 3.0 denier of polyester fiber to have a size of 1 to 1.5; laminating the polyester fibers into 20 to 30 cm of thickness; pressing the polyester fibers into 5 mm of thickness; forming a large number of needle hole by up and down punching the polyester fibers with a large number of needles; dipping the polyester fibers in a resin solution; passing the polyester fibers through the rollers to extract the resin solution; drying the polyester fibers; passing the polyester fibers through the heating rollers to remove nap on the surface; shaping the polyester fibers to have a sickle moon shape; and molding the polyester fibers into the heel shape, in which the resin solution is produced by mixing 85 to 90% of thermoplastic resin, 5 to 10% of thermosetting resin and 3 to 5% of latex.
