METHOD FOR PRODUCING SOLID DETERGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize production conditions and achieve the upgrade of the quality of a solid detergent composition in the process for producing the solid detergent composition via a dough-like intermediate. SOLUTION: This method for producing the solid detergent composition comprises the step for preparing a detergent dough material including a surfactant and the step for crushing the detergent dough material by applying shearing force to the detergent dough material in which the specimen of the detergent dough material may have a needle penetration force (the value of (needle side face friction [N]/needle penetration friction [N]) of 0.2-0.8 measured by penetrating a prescribed needle therethrough at a temperature almost equal to that of the crushing process.
