PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door trim fixing structure of an automobile in which a tightening state of an armrest and a first armrest bracket is not exposed to the outside (inside of car compartment) to disappear a patting and the burden of an cost increase accompanying the use of additional member and a reduction of workability are solved. SOLUTION: This door trim fixing structure of an automobile is provided with an inner door panel, armrest and a door trim positioned at the inside of the inner door panel (inside of car compartment), and a first and second armrest brackets for connecting the inner door panel and the armrest. A boss is integrally formed on the outer side of the armrest such that the first armrest bracket and the armrest are fixed in corresponding to each other by a screw tightened at the outer side of the armrest.
