PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration, which occurs due to an operation of a fan unit, from being transmitted to a steering system. SOLUTION: In a vehicle in which a strength member 40 having a support part 42 supporting the steering system and an air conditioner 30 are arranged at least inside an instrument panel 20, the air conditioner 30 comprises a fan unit 31, an air conditioning unit 32 incorporating a heat exchanger, and duct members 33 in which air blowing from the air conditioning unit 32 flows. The duct members 33 are arranged inside the instrument panel 20 so as to extend in a lateral direction of the vehicle, and the fan unit 31 and the air conditioning unit 32 are assembled to the duct members in a state in which the units 31, 32 are separated from the strength member 40.
