PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a timber sheet continuous product 1 continued in the lengthwise direction of a backed thin timber sheet by using the sheet 2 having a thickness of about 0.2 mm as it is as a product material, and to easily manufacture a banding material or a lapping material having a board width (width of 50 cm or more). SOLUTION: The wide thin timber sheet continuous product 1 is manufactured by a step (1) of disposing one wide timber sheet or butting the side edges 6, 6 of suitable number of timber sheets 2,... in a width wise direction on a release sheet 4 and laminating the rear surfaces of the sheets disposed upside; a step (2) of sequentially connecting the wider timber sheet surface materials 7 in the lengthwise direction, laminating a connecting tape 5, and forming the continuous timber sheet surface material; a step (3) of laminating and adhering a backing sheet 3 on the rear surface of the timber sheet of the continuous timber sheet surface material through an adhesive; and a step (4) of removing the sheet 4 and the tape 5 from the front surface of the sheet.
