SOLUTION: In this automobile seat installing device for joining a seat rack to a mounting bar by arranging the mounting bar on the upper side of a floorboard, a cross member is arranged on the upper side of the floorboard in the width direction of the automobile, and the mounting bar is fixed in the lengthwise direction of the cross member.
