PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip wherein the operation section to open a pair of pinching sections can be operated with a light operating force, and also, a position of the pinching sections which is set to be the opened position can be kept. SOLUTION: This clip is equipped with a pair of the pinching sections 16 and 30, and the operation sections 17 and 31, and first and second clip forming bodies 11 and 13 are relatively rotatably connected by a plate spring member 15. The operation sections are supported by the side ends located behind the rear ends of the pinching sections, and the supported location is used as a point of force, and when the operation sections are rotate-operated, a distance to the fulcrum P is shortened. Also, when the pinching sections are at the closed position, a straight line L connecting the pressing sections 34A, 34A of the plate spring member 15 is located at a location closer to the pinching section side than the rotating center C of respective clip forming bodies, and the pinching sections are closed. In the meantime, when the operation sections are rotated to the rear side of the pinching sections and operated in the direction approaching each other, the straight line L moves to a location closer to the operation section side than the rotating center C, and respective pinching sections are kept at the opened position.
