SOLUTION: This fixture 3 mounting the lower part of a cylindrical housing surrounding a steering column to a vehicle body oscillationally is provided with a fitting hole 31a for fitting the housing and a fitting cylinder 31 having a cutout part 31a opened to the fitting hole 31a. In adjustment of a tilt, a housing can be oscillated while the cutout part 31b in the fitting cylinder 31 being opened, and a circumferential contact area touching the housing can be increased greatly comparatively in the fitting hole 31a.
