PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double roofing roof structure consisting of an inside roof having alternately continued valley part and ridge part and an outside roof laid thereon, which is applicable to various specification modes with a small number of members. SOLUTION: In this double roofing roof structure consisting of the inside roof having alternately continued valley parts and ridge parts and the outside roof laid thereon, the inside roof is formed of an inside facing material 1 having at least one valley part and side edges 12 raised from both ends of the valley part and a cover member 2 having a groove part 23 opened upward to a covering part 22 for covering over the side edges 12, 12 of the adjacent inside facing materials 1 and 1. The outside roof is formed of an outside facing material 5 having a downward side edge part 51, and the side edge part 51 of the outside facing material 5 is located on the groove part 23 of the cover member 2 of the inside roof.
