<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease energy for oxidation and an initial cost reduced by eliminating the need for a large sized atomiser and a booster for an oxygen- containing gas which are necessary for liquid phase oxidation. SOLUTION: A baffle plate 12 is arranged in a descent flow field of a liquid to be oxidizing treated, and an oxygen-containing gas (air) is included in a descent flow of the liquid. Thereby, the oxygencontaining gas is effectively included, and the liquid phase is oxidized. Then, the oxygen-containing gas is atomized, and blown into the liquid, or the oxygen-containing gas is atomized in the liquid. A large-sized atomizer and a booster for the oxygen-containing gas are not required. Further, since there is no problem for clogging the atomizer or the like, a maintenance free oxidizing apparatus maintaining a high reliability for a long time can be constituted.</p> |
