<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to drive a waste pulverizing device of steam explosionproof specifications even when an installed ITV camera fogs and the stagnation state before roll feeder is invisible. SOLUTION: This waste pulverizing device has an ITV camera 34 which photographs the state before the roll feeder 13, an image processor which calculates the stagnation quantity before the roll feeder in accordance with the output signal therefrom and a loading material sensor 33 which measures the waste quantity on a supply conveyor 11 and operates automatically to pulverize the wastes in accordance with the state of the supply conveyor, the state of the roll feeder, the state of the pulverizing machine 16 and the stagnation quantity before the roll feeder. The device has a stagnation quantity estimating device 4, such as a neural network, for estimating the stagnation quantity before the roll feeder. The device is automatically operated by using the estimated value output of the stagnation quantity estimating device 4 when the acquisition of the reasonable stagnation quantity information from the ITV cameras is not possible on account of ejected steam.</p> |
