<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a control device in the view of design, laying, and maintenance so as to generate a control signal giving an influence to a system, by detecting a parameter of the physical system in an enlarged area. SOLUTION: The same cell unit 1 is periodically arranged in an area, each cell has a parameter detector 10, output means 21, 22, 32 of a control signal, communication means 14, 15 exchanging information with the adjacent cell units in the area, and a means 13 controlling the output means as a function of parameter and received information.</p> |
