PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join both pipe columns to a beam at high strength. SOLUTION: A joining fitting 25 is arranged on the sides of both the upper and lower pipe columns 11, 15. The lower end of the joining fitting 25 is fixed on the upper end side of the lower pipe column 11 by nails 27, and the upper end thereof is fixed on the lower end side of the upper pipe column 15 by the nails 27.
