PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally form locking portions on an outer surface of a tank, capable of certainly holding an oil pipe provided along the outer surface of a tank main body, in a resin-made tank for a radiator incorporated with an oil cooler. SOLUTION: On the outer surface of the tank main body, a pair of a first locking portion 6 and a second locking portion 7 are integrally arranged with it slightly separated. A hook-shaped opening side of the first locking portion 6 is directed toward a bottom surface side of the tank main body 1, and a hook-shaped opening side of the second locking portion 7 is the oppositely directed.
