PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work carrying device and a working system with the simple structure capable of saving a location space without requiring arrangement of a work posture changing device in parallel with a work carrying device even in the case where posture change of the work is required between a machine tool in a former process and a machine tool in a following process. SOLUTION: This work carrying device 12 provided with a work table 19 for supporting a work W and a guide member 17 for guiding the movement of the work table 19 is provided between machine tools. The work W is carried by moving the work table 19 along the guide member 17. A posture changing mechanism 20 for changing posture of the work W on the way of carrying the work W with the movement of the work table 19 along the guide member 17 is provided. The posture changing mechanism 20 is provided with a cam 23 provided in the guide member 17 and a cam follower 24 provided in the work table 19 so as to be engaged with the cam 23.
