PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the seizure of bearings, and to dispense with adjustment of clearances assembling the bearings. SOLUTION: Flanges 24a and 44a projected by specified amounts to the sides of rollers 27 and 47 are provided on the inner peripheral surfaces of the outer rings 24 and 44 of motor side cylindrical roller bearings 22 and 42 at the axial one side, respectively. Also, flange rings 25 and forming flanges 25a and 45a projected by specified amounts from the inner peripheral surfaces of the outer rings 24 and 44 to the sides of the rollers 27 and 47 are provided on the outer ring 24 and 44 on the lateral opposite sides of the flanges 24a and 44a, respectively.
