PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining center capable of performing the accurate finish work in the case of cutting and grinding. SOLUTION: A finish grinding wheel 5 for finishing a work W is fixed to a spindle 4. The spindle 4 is formed with a tool fitting part 6, to which a rough grinding wheel T is fitted freely to be exchanged. Rough grinding is performed to the work W by this rough grinding wheel T, and in the condition that the rough grinding wheel T is removed, the work W is finished by the finish grinding wheel 5.
