PURPOSE: A rotary press is provided to obtain a high print quality by using a water color ink and ceramic coating roller, while lengthen lifespan of the press and reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A rotary press comprises a main body(100), a paper roll automatic tension controller(20), a cover rear surface flexo print unit(30), a first mutual flexo print unit(50), a second mutual flexo print unit(40), a first numeric keypad flexo print unit(60), a second numeric keypad flexo print unit(70), a third numeric keypad flexo print unit(80), a third mutual flexo print unit(90), a cut unit(85), a printed material loading unit(95), and a belt unit(72). The paper roll automatic tension controller includes an adjusting frame(25) having rollers moving in a vertical direction by the tension of paper; upper and lower shafts mounted at upper and lower ends of the adjusting frame, and which have sprocket gears; a right chain fixed to a side of the adjusting frame, and interlocked to sprocket gears of upper and lower shafts; a left chain(27) fixed to the other side of the adjusting frame, and interlocked to sprocket gears of upper and lower shafts and a connection gear; a power brake gear unit having a gear, a nut, and a bearing; a paper roll(10) having a paper roll gear engaged with the power brake gear unit; and an elevator arm(88) moving in a vertical direction.
