<p>PURPOSE:To provide a spray dryer capable of stripping off a solid material sticking to an inner wall easily and withstanding long-term operation with economical advantage as well as the method to treat waste fluid. CONSTITUTION:The subject spray dryer consists of an inlet and an inlet and an outlet 20 for gas of specified temperature, a nozzle 21 for atomizing waste fluid containing dissolved components and a discharge orifice for discharging a solid material 16. A lining 31 of flexible film is installed on the inner wall surface of the spray dryer, using an installation metal piece. The solid material sticking to the lining is stripped off and allowed to drop down by inflating and shrinking the lining 31 using inflation/shrinkage devices 32, 33, 34.</p> |
