PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To homogeneously mix an aqueous liquid with an oily liquid without using an emulsifier. SOLUTION: A flexible container is fitted with water and an edible oil, and the resultant container is degassed and sealed. The sealed container is dipped in a liquid medium, and a pressure of >=6,000 kg/cm2 is added to the liquid medium for 10 min to provide the objective homogeneous mixture. |
