PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new propanil dispersion having improved stability. SOLUTION: This stable propanil dispersion comprises (a) 0.1-50 wt.% of propanil, (b) an agricultural oil and (c) an oil-soluble polymer which has a specific range of molecular weight and is made from a polar monomer selected from N-vinylpyrrolidone, hydroxy-2-8C alkyl methacrylate, dimethylaminopropyl methacrylate, dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide and mixtures thereof and 1-24(10-18 on average)C alkyl methacrylate.
