PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a form cost for manufacturing a flexible precast culvert and, at the same time, realize the reduction of a working man-hours. SOLUTION: At manufacturing a flexible box culvert 1, which is constituted by connecting a pair of precast box bodies 2 and 2 through a flexible connecting member (a flexible rubber) 3, through the placing of a concrete under the state being divided into two or an upper and a lower stages with a vertically placing form, a form 11 for manufacturing an ordinary precast culvert is employed for the vertically placing form. After the flexible connecting member 3 is hungingly fixed at the vertical intermediate part within the form, a lower stage concrete c1 is placed in the form so as to bury the lower part of the flexible connecting member 3. Then, after the hunging member 18 of the flexible connecting member 3 and a spacer 8 of a steel collar are removed and filler 4 and the steel collar 5 are arranged, an upper stage concrete c2 is placed in the form.
