PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pushing-up noise preventing method in a press die and also a press device with which stillness can be improved. SOLUTION: This method is a pushing-up noise preventing method in a press die which is provided with a draw die 3, a draw punch 4, a blank holder 5, cushion air cylinders 10 for elasitically supporting the blank holder 5 through cushion pins 6, locking air cylinders 11 for controlling the returning operation of the cushion pins 6 and a control panel 24 with which the returning operation of the cushion pins 6 can be stopped in a prescribed position with the locking air cylinders 11 by detecting the position of the draw die 3 detected with an encoder 23. After press forming, while the draw die 3 is raised from the bottom dead center to the top dead center, the rise of the cushion pins 6 is stopped at least once with the locking air cylinders 11 based on the output signal of the control panel 24.
