EMPTY CAN TREATING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an empty can to sort an empty bottle from an empty can, and treat the empty can. SOLUTION: The empty can treating machine has a balance chute 7 which sorts the thrown-in empty bottles and the thrown-in empty cans from each other by the mass and feed them into either an empty can path 4 or an empty bottle path 5 formed in the machine, the empty can path 4 is provided with a pressing unit 14 to squeeze the empty can 3 into a flat condition in the middle thereof, and a discharge port 13 of the empty can path 4 and a discharge port 31 of the empty bottle path 5 are provided continuous to each other.
