PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively massage the plantar arch of a sole of a foot. SOLUTION: This foot massage unit is composed of boot assemblies 2 having air chambers 1 for expanding and contracting by supply and exhaust of air, a pressurizing pump 3 for supplying air to the air chambers 1, an exhaust valve 4 for exhausting the air from the air chambers 1, a control part 5 for controlling massage operation by the expansion and contraction of the air chambers 1 and an operation part 6 for operating the massage operation. Fixing parts 7a, 7b for fixing a surface part and a reverse part of the air chambers 1 are arranged in a rear part of a part corresponding to a heel of the air chambers 1 and a tip part of a part corresponding to the plantar arch.
