PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply not only to a type of moving backward after lowering a panel, but also to a type of moving backward in a rising state by allowing a covering member to remain at an opening portion even when a panel is moved backward. SOLUTION: An opening portion 3 is formed on a fixed roof 2, and a pair of right and left lifters 5 is fixed on a panel 4 for opening/closing the opening potion. Right and left guide rails 6 supporting a front potion of the lifter movable in a back-and-forth direction is fixed on a fixed roof side, and a driving system 8 lifting and moving forwardly and backwardly the lifter in retation to the guide rails 6 is provided. A covering mechanism 9 covering the lifter from inside is provided between the panel and the guide rails. The covering mechanism is provided with a lower portion of a vertically zigzag folded covering member 28 in the guide rail unmovably in the back-and-forth direction, and an upper portion of the covering member is abutted on the panel side so as to relatively move in the back-and-forth direction. An expanding means 29 is provided, which makes the upper portion of the covering member abut on the panel side in a rising state of the panel.
