PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic excellent in skin beautifying effects due to an improvement in dry feeling, skin roughening, etc., for the skin, on the other hand, hair producing and hair growing effects such as hair producing and hair growth promotion for the hair of the head and having safety for sufficiently enabling the cosmetic to endure the use over a long period. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is produced by carrying out an extraction of a plant body of Ipomoea Murocoides with preferably a water-soluble organic solvent or a hydrous organic solvent and formulating the resultant extract from the Ipomoea Murocoides. |
