PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the transmission of a vibration from a floor, etc., during the measurement of a biological magnetic field. SOLUTION: A support board 28 for supporting a superconductive quantum interference flux meter and a bed 24 where an object to be inspected 25 being a living body is arranged via dampers 27 on the receiving board of a vibration isolating device in order to detect the feeble magnetic field of the living body by the superconductive quantum interference flux meter. The vibration isolating device for preventing the transmission of the vibration from the floor is provided with granular bodies inside a storing vessel, which consist of a large number of hard non-magnetic materials disposed on the floor and have a non-uniform shape, and the receiving board is arranged on the granular bodies. The dampers are non-metallic. Then the vibration from the floor is not transmitted to the flux meter, the dampers are arranged in the vicinity of the flux meter to attain miniaturization of a measuring instrument and the mutual span of the plurality of dampers is shortened. Then the vibration owing to the bending of the support board 28 is prevented or the vibration when the flux meter is vertically or horizontally moved is suppressed. |
