PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drinking straw which can be closed again and is simple in a technical manufacturing process, inexpensive and comfortably operated. SOLUTION: In the reclosable drinking straw for a flexible or semi-flexible beverage container, a closing cap K in the form of a jar is mounted to the outside of a drinking straw end part 2 movably in an axial direction between a closed position A and an opened position B, the intra-cap side bottom part 5 of the cap K is designed as the closing element of a drinking straw opening part 3, and a cap wall part 6 is provided with at least one side liquid passage opening part 7 connecting liquid passage with the part 3 at the position B.
