PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyester resin composition excellent in antistatic property and melt heat stability. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant polyester resin composition is prepared by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic aromatic polyester with (C) 5-60 pts.wt. of a bromine-based flame retardant, (D) 1-20 pts.wt. of an antimony-based flame retardation aid, (E) O. 1-10 pts.wt. of an antistatic agent and (F) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a metal phosphate, and the bromine-based flame retardant (C) is composed of 21 composition consisting of (c-1) a brominated epoxy- based flame retardant and (c-2) a brominated polycarbonate-based flame retardant in a specific content ratio.
