PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for thermotherapy and malagma, from which further thermotherapeutic effect can be expected by giving automatic pressure malagma to a user's spinal joint by a thermotherapeutic machine and promoting the fevering and sweating of a user's body in a limited space by a cold/hot air generator. SOLUTION: A body 100 is provided with a cover 101 for eliminating the possibility of the flow of cold/hot air generated by a cold/hot air generator 102 to the outside and allowing discharge into the body 100 via a discharge port 104 to give cold/hot packing treatment to a user while inflating the cover 101. A heater 105 gives a temperature elevation to the whole floor surface of the body 100.
