PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel chair supporting and lifting device suitable for fitting to an entrance/exit of a street car, a general house or an office. SOLUTION: A driving means of a folding wheel chair supporting and lifting table 3 comprises an intermediate movable table 5, first and second two parallel link mechanisms 6, 7, a first actuator 26 for longitudinally translating the first parallel link mechanism 6, and a second actuator for vertically translating the second parallel link mechanism 7. The wheel chair supporting and lifting table 3 can be moved to the storage position (point A) at which the wheel chair supporting and lifting table 3 in the folded posture forms a step of the entrance/exit 1, the forward intermediate position (point B) located forward of the entrance/exit, the forward descending position (point C) for landing on a floor 2 forwardly below the entrance/exit 1, the forward ascending position located forwardly above the entrance/exit 1, and the rear ascending position substantially flush with a floor F in a vehicle of the entrance/exit 1.
